Expanding over 54 acres of North Carolina farm land encompassing an indigenous pine tree forest and 3.5 acres of scenic ponds, The Union Exchange has ample scenic spaces to say “I do.”
Featuring an abundance of restored historic structures and with a capacity of 150 guests, you and your sweetheart are sure to find the perfect locale to bring your wedding day vision to life.

Full Farm Package
Full Farm Package
The Full Farm package is our most popular package and provides couples with exclusive access to our 54 acre property, including a variety of structures and locales, on your wedding day.
Maximum 150 guests.
All sleeping accommodations included the night of the event.
Couples choice of ceremony location, cocktail hour space, and reception barn, plus so much more!
Pine View Package
Pine View Package
The Pine View Package features our dreamy pine tree forest and newly renovated Pine View barn. Located at the back of the property, the Pine View Barn includes private indoor and outdoor event spaces.
Maximum 130 guests.
All sleeping accommodations included the night of the event.
Exclusive access to the pine tree forest or meadow for ceremony and Pine View Barn for reception.
Farmhouse Package
Farmhouse Package
Our enchanting micro wedding package is ideal for intimate celebrations featuring our elegantly renovated 1920’s white farmhouse for celebrating after you say “I do”.
Maximum of 50 guests.
Sleeping accommodations at Homestead and Pond House included the night of the event.
Exclusive access to the pine tree forest or meadow for ceremony and McCain House for reception.
- Access to Union Exchange owned indoor and outdoor furniture including white resin ceremony chairs, formal dinner tables, cocktail tables, and cross back reception chairs. The Full Farm Package includes access to an array of vintage furniture.
- Venue team to set up and breakdown venue owned furniture before and after your event.
- Access and choice of white or black linens for tables.
- Access to the McCain House at 9am for a Bridal get ready space before checking into the onsite Airbnbs at 2pm (included in Full Farm and Pine View Packages).
- Complimentary access to our venue for an engagement photo session or Bridal Portraits.
- Two event consultations and site visits with Venue Manager.
- Venue Manager to operate as a liaison between your Event Coordinator and our Venue Operations Team in planning process and onsite the entire day of the event.
- Farm wagon to shuttle guests to ceremony and/or reception locale. Suggested for weddings with a maximum of 60 guests.
- Access to our three row golf cart to shuttle you and any guests that need special assistance to and from the ceremony.
- Access to ADA compliant restrooms.

Before & After “I Do”
Take full advantage of your special day by enjoying our onsite sleeping accommodations on the night of your event! When you book any wedding package with us, both houses on the property are included in your wedding package at no additional cost!
The Homestead House is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home that is perfect for the Bride, family and friends to unwind in on the big day. Up to 10 guests may also sleep in The Homestead the night of your big day. The Homestead backs up to our animal pastures and also comes with its very own Party Barn that can be used as a hang out spot and after party. Access to the Homestead House begins at 2pm the day of your wedding.
The Pond House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that overlooks our second pond near the back of the property. This house has a large backyard space and deck that makes a great hang out space for the Groomsmen. Up to 7 guests may also sleep in the Pond House the night of your big day. Access to the Pond House begins at 2pm the day of your wedding.
Our Full Farm and Pine View wedding packages include two brand-new, chic glamping cabins nestled on our farm. Perfect for your wedding night or to treat family and friends, these tiny houses offer modern comfort with a rustic touch. Both cabins are climate controlled and come with a cozy firepit to enjoy when unwinding after the wedding. One of the two glamping cabins is fully ADA-compliant. While the Farmhouse Package does not include the cabins, couples have the option to add this accommodation and will be given first rights to book whenever possible.
- FULL FARM WEDDING PACKAGE
Ready for an entire 54 acre farm all to yourself for your big day? Then this is the package for you.
The Full Farm Packages includes all sleeping accommodations the night of your wedding, your option of ceremony location and reception location, plus so much more.
Couples can choose between the Auction Barn or Pineview Barn for their reception space and also have the option of adding Splinters, our open-air bar, for cocktail hour at no extra cost.
Additionally, couples have all of our vintage furniture at their disposal that makes for great sweetheart, gift and cake tables. The Auction Barn features rustic cedar walls, craftsman custom-made bar, vintage restored windows and marbled concrete floors.
The Auction Barn comfortably sits 125 to include the dance floor or 140 with the dance floor moved to the Pavilion. Contact us to learn more about this package!
- THE PINE VIEW WEDDING PACKAGE
One of the most magical features of the Union Exchange is the North Carolina indigenous pine tree forest located in the very back of the property. Couples can enjoy a secluded retreat in the freshest air Union Co has to offer.
With The Pine View package , couples can choose between a ceremony located within the natural hallway of trees or our stunning private meadow. Both options provide a backdrop that will leave your guests speechless.
Guests walk from the ceremony to the newly renovated Pine View Barn for a cocktail hour and reception. This package offers couples the chance to take full advantage of the farm with all sleeping accommodations included for the night of your wedding.

- FARM HOUSE WEDDING PACKAGE
The Union Exchange happily facilitates micro weddings and has a unique opportunity with the abundance of space on the property. The Farmhouse package begins the day of your wedding at 9am with full access to the historic McCain House. The excitement continues with check in to the Homestead & Pond Houses for sleeping accommodation at 2pm. From there, meet your partner at the aisle in our pine tree forest or whimsical meadow. After “I do” your group will journey up to our 1920’s white farmhouse, The McCain House, for your reception. Better yet, your guests will be shuttled to and from the ceremony spot to the reception via our tractor and wagon.
Maximum 50 Guests. This package is only available for weekdays (Monday- Thursday) weddings.
