Celebrate the magic of fall at The Union Exchange! We are open for our Fall season beginning on September 25th.
Starting September 25th, our pumpkin patch opens along with festive wagon rides, live music, and family-friendly events. Gather around our cozy fire pits to enjoy s’mores, seasonal coffee, local beer, and wine- making the perfect autumn day for all ages.
Reservations are required only for Saturdays and Sundays. There are no reservations required on Thursdays and Fridays.
*2026 Update* Wagon rides are by walk up only and not booked in advance. Wagon rides are not done on Thursdays, Friday before 4pm or Saturdays.

PUMPKIN PATCH GRAND OPENING SEPTEMBER 25TH
FRIDAY NIGHT BONFIRE CONCERTS

- Time: Live music is from 6pm-9pm
- Fee: $5.00 per vehicle - no reservation required
Kick off your fall weekend with Friday Night Bonfire Concerts at the Pumpkin Patch! Grab your friends, cozy up by the fire, and enjoy live music under the stars with great food, cold drinks, and all the fall vibes. Wander the pumpkin patch, roast marshmellows, and settle in for the perfect autumn night on the farm.

NIGHTMARE ON NEWTOWN: 21+ HALLOWEEN PARTY & CONCERT
- Date: Friday October 30th
- Time: Doors open at 6pm. Music from 7-10pm
- Admission: 21+ Only, Ticket required. $15 per person.
Join us inside the Pine View Barn for a spooky night packed with live music, dancing, drinks, costumes, and 21+ only fun. This year, we’re turning up the energy with Crystal Aria – an electrifying live band feat electric violin, four powerhouse singers, multi-instrumentalists, and nonstop energy. And yes, we’re bringing back our Costume Contest, so come dressed to impress for your chance to take home the grand prize! Tickets will be sold in tiered pricing, with the lowest-priced tickets available first.
FALL EVENTS FAQ
Do I need a reservation to visit the pumpkin patch?
Beginning Fall 2026, reservations are required for all Saturday and Sunday visits to the farm in September and October. As our fall weekends have continued to grow, we’re introducing reservations to help us provide the best possible experience for every guest. Limiting the number of guests arriving at one time allows us to better manage parking, wait times, lines, and crowds—giving you more time to relax and enjoy your day at the farm.
Reservations are only required on Saturdays and Sundays. You do not need a reservation to visit on Thursday and Friday. Friday nights do not require a reservation but there is a $5 vehicle pass fee for our bonfire concerts that begins at 5pm.
Reservations are made in the form of “vehicle passes.” Only one reservation is needed per vehicle for the day, not per person. This helps us ensure we have adequate parking at all hours of the day. If a day/time is not sold out, we will accept walk ups. Each vehicle pass is $5.

How do bonfire reservations work?
Bonfire reservations are made on our private event booking site. Each bonfire comes with 10 chairs and a picnic table and allows for a maximum of 20 guests. When you pay for a bonfire reservation, your guests do not need separate reservations to enjoy the farm with you. Bonfires are a great way to enjoy our autumn live music while having a cozy warm spot to call your own.
