The Homestead House & Party Barn

AUCTION BARN & PAVILION

The Auction Barn is our flagship historic structure that has been brought back to life with rustic cedar walls, a craftsman custom-made bar, vintage restored windows and marbled concrete floors. The barn includes two ADA compliant bathrooms and opens out to our Carolina Pavilion looking over our enormous lawn, pond and fountains. This historic structure is a Union Exchange mainstay and can be visited March through December with our artisan market and farm store.

ANIMALS

A family that keeps growing, we are proud to have the beautiful responsibility of caring for 18 hens, 4 Tennessee Fainting goats, 2 Nigerian Pygmy goats, 2 Miniature donkeys, and 5 ducks. Please make sure you stop by the coop or pasture and pay our babies a visit. Additionally, while you are taking a walk around the property, keep an eye out for wild fox, beaver, deer and muskrats that like to make an appearance on the trails.

FARM POND

A total of 3.5 acres, our ponds are the habitat for local birds, beaver, turtles and a variety of fish. Catch and release fishing memberships are available to the community. Get your pole ready, inquiries and sign ups are done the Auction Barn.

At this time we do not offer day passes for fishing. The gorgeous waterfront view can also be enjoyed by those wishing to stay on our farm in our Pond House.

The Homestead House & Party Barn

Built in 1955, the Homestead House tells the story of our Southern design journey on the property with exposed high wood ceiling, quirky architectural features and calming yet vibrant earth tones for ultimate relaxation. There is certainly no lack of outdoor space beginning with a front porch, large lawn, and backyard pavilion filled with market lights.

The Party Barn recounts a past of it's own... what historically was an old barn then turned mechanics garage, this space has been fully renovated without losing its rustic charm. We have strived to show love to the past by utilizing old doors and windows found on the farm for parts of the walls. While you are there, say hello to our goat girls who will certainly be paying you a visit as their home and pasture connects onto the backyard. THE NEST

Once an old stilted hay bar, this treehouse-esq beauty is the perfect spot to visit and unwind on the farm. The Nest is a place where you can read a book, children can play, and all can peak out of the 360 windows to get a view of our land looking down upon our goat pasture. This space also makes for the most dreamy photoshoot or micro-wedding ceremony.

SPLINTERS

Renovated cattle barn turned open-air bar event space with rustic charm. Introducing, Splinters! Enjoy a cold beverage while playing your favorite yard games. This bar comes with three TVs, a PA system, and retro southern furniture. Perfect for any birthday, shower, corporate event or special occasion.
