PINE VIEW BARN
Introducing our Pine View Barn, tucked away at the back of the property and overlooking our peaceful pine tree forest.
Originally part of the land, this rustic barn has been beautifully restored with custom wooden beams, elegant chandeliers, and marbled concrete floors- creating a polished yet inviting space for corporate events.
Ideal for board meetings, team meetings, client appreciation events, company family days, picnics, and corporate celebrations, the Pine View Barn features accordion glass doors that open to a one-of-a-kind patio with scenic views.
The space includes event furniture, projector and screen, bar and tables and chairs. Catering and alcohol are available separately. Contact us directly for bookings!
MCCAIN HOUSE
Ideal for smaller team meetings and intimate corporate gatherings, the McCain House is a charming 1920s farmhouse that offers an elevated setting for board meetings, client appreciation events, private dinners, and executive retreats.
The space features nine elegant chandeliers, vintage crystal sconces, two ADA-compliant bathrooms, and a convenient kitchenette. Guests can enjoy the climate-controlled interior along with two outdoor patio areas—perfect for breaks, networking, or cocktail-style events.
The McCain House accommodates up to 55 guests for seated dining or 70 for cocktail-style events. Round event tables and chairs are included. Catering and alcohol are available separately.
SPLINTERS
A cattle barn turned open-air bar, Splinters offers rustic charm in a casual, inviting setting – perfect for team celebrations, employee appreciation events, company picnics, and team-building gatherings.
Designed for connection and fun, this open-air space encourages guests to unwind and enjoy time together. Guests can enjoy a cold beverage while playing yard games or relaxing in retro Southern-style seating.
The space features two TVs, a sound system, and flexible furniture including rectangular tables with bench seating and high-top tables with barstools.
Splinters is ideal for laid-back corporate events and social celebrations. Catering and alcohol are available separately.
THE SAWMILL
The Saw Mill is a one-of-a-kind setting ideal for relaxed team-building events and company happy hours. Housed in a historic, restored farm saw mill, this unique venue features both indoor and outdoor event spaces designed for connection, conversation, and fun.
This adult-focused space includes a pool table, poker table, comfortable lounge seating, and two TVs, creating an easygoing atmosphere for social gatherings. Guests can also enjoy the covered porch, complete with a cigar humidor, as well as two patios and a fire pit.
Fully climate controlled and thoughtfully designed for year-round use, The Saw Mill offers a memorable backdrop for casual corporate events. Catering and alcohol are available separately.
