Meet St. Nick himself, savor cozy s’mores by the fire, and enjoy an array of family-friendly activities including a winter bounce house, intimate animal encounters, and a charming nativity scene. Kids can write letters to Santa, while adults enjoy seasonal drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), live music, and so much more. Santa Experience By Wagon

Take a journey on our wagon to meet Santa inside our Pine View Barn turned North Pole. Meet our animals in the pasture outside of this Christmas barn. There will be a bar inside serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. This wagon ride is "hop on hop off style" meaning guests can stay as long as they want & rejoin the farm happenings at the front on their own time.

Santa Experience By Foot

Walk over our land-bridge to meet Santa inside our Pine View Barn turned North Pole. Meet our animals in the pasture outside of this Christmas barn. There's a bar inside serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Reservation does NOT include wagon. Guests walk to see Santa during reservation window, stay as long as they want, and walk back to rejoin farm happenings.

SANTA EXPERIENCE FAQ

What happens if it rains the day of my reservation?

Unfortunately the Santa Experience is not a rain or shine event. In the case of inclement weather, we will cancel and refund all reservations. It is up to the customer to rebook their reservation if they wish to attend a later date.

How long is the walk to the Pine View Barn?

The walk to the barn/Santa area is roughly 5-8 minutes depending on your pace.

What happens if I am late or miss my reservation?

Due to the nature of this event, there will be no accommodations made for people that are late and miss their reservation. Please remember if you miss your wagon ride, you took a spot from someone else that could have attended. We encourage guests to arrive early for all reservations.

Can I bring outside food or beverages to the Santa Experience?

The Union Exchange does not allow outside food or beverages at anytime. We have onsite food available everyday and a large variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Where do I check in for my reservation?

Santa Experience check in is at our food stall/covered structure that is adjacent to our playground and across from our white barn market.

Does this come with a professional photo of my family with Santa?

We do not provide any professional photography with Santa. One of our staff members/Santa’s helper” will be alongside Santa at all times and can snap a photo of you and Mr. Claus with your phone or camera.
